I installed firefox about a year ago but never used it. Now I want to use it, but when I open it it just crashes... I've tried install and uninstall it over and over again, but it doesn't work. I've seen this page ( https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-troubleshoot-prevent-and-get-help#w_get-help-fixing-this-crash ) so I'm following the steps there provided.

THis is the Crash ID: ID del fallo: bp-ef6f815f-b91a-4300-bef6-36b592130704

Hope you can help me. Nice day

Do you have Tuneup Utilities, if so disable it or uninstall it.

hello, this looks like a problem with the sprotector.dll library on your system with might be part of adware/malware.

go to the windows control panel / programs and remove suspicious entries like "search assistant", toolbars or potentially unwanted software from there and run a full scan of your system with the security software that you have in place and different other tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.

waka Flocka, I don't have tuneup utilities... Philipp I've no suspicious entries.. I'll try malwarebytes.
