For sometime I'd been using Firefox for my emails, then the screen went blank. I received some information saying it was something that International Explorer had done, which stopped me gaining access. Can anyone explain what I need to do to get back emailing with Firefox?

Did you try to reboot the computer?

You can also try to boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
