I had to refresh my computer and it saved my files but none of my bookmarks. Through various searches I I was able to display the hidden files and then to find the old bookmark file, C:\Windows.old\users\robin\appdata\roaming\mozilla\firefox\profiles. But now I don't know what to do with it. How do I get these in the new download of Firefox? Please help me.

Inside the profile folder you can see the bookmarkbackups inside of this folder you will see about 10 json files copy one with the most recent date and then restore your bookmarks from that json file:
