My messagefilter deletes e-mails from trusted senders (people in my addressbook)
For my business I have to be quite open when it comes to receiving e-mails. So instead of junk-settings I use a message filter. Lucky for me most of the crapmail's subject line is in English, so it is not difficult to ban English words. However, there are some exceptions. One of them is screenshot.
My problem is that some of my clients send me screenshot using the word screenshot in the content line. These messages are also moved to the recycle bin, although the sender is in my addressbook.
I would like to know why. And why there is not obvious option (in the rightmouseclik menu) to mark a sender as trusted.

Not knowing how your filter is set up I somehow think you try to do an and + or question within the same filter. ex. Is not in addressbook, IS Yellow, Is Blue. etc How do you combined those when you only can choose either ALL or ANY (It's frustrating)
EDIT you want to trash yellow and blue but not if sender is in your address-book (Is not in my addressbook and (is yellow or is blue) /EDIT
If this isn't the case check in what order your filters are run. Run the "is in addressbook" -mail and move them somewhere as first choice.
Trusted sender , in what sense? If he "is in your regular addressbook" isn't enough make a second addressbook. You can put a message as NOT junk
