email address is is being returned
Hi I am a small company in England and have been buying from a company in the US for many years. All of a sudden as soon as I send them an email it is instantly returned to me as FAILED. I've been emailing this company for many years so don't understand why this is happening, can anyone help please? What does the return message say for the reason it failed? Is the recipient's mailbox full? Is your message rejected for possible unintentional spam content, such as a remote image in your signature? Can you send them a message through webmail and ask if other senders experience the same thing?
