My school's website is not recognizing my new verisign certificate with the latest version of Firefox. Tech supports suggest I revert to an older version of Firefox. How do I revert to an earlier version of 3.6.11?

Try to remove the old certificate. Also check if there are intermediate certificates used and stored.
