Flash video downloader won't download Bestreams. What can be done??

Hi, 

     I installed Flash Video Downloader addon in my Windows 7,  32bit,  Firefox pc.  The downloader works for all of the many sites I have tested,  better than actual downloader softwares.   However, there is one site called Bestreams which gives no responce at all:  The gray arrow does not turn blue to indicate a download is possible with this particular video site.  No doubt Bestreams need to be approached by someone in authority to see what can be done about it(?)   The Flash Video Downloader by Firefox is said to work on ALL video sites on the web, yet clearly this is not true.
   Can anything be done to make it possible to download from Bestreams, please?

if you have an issue with an addon, please directly contact its developers through the means they make available - they can likely give you more detailed guidance and are the only ones who can fix bugs or make necessary adjustments in the addon. thank you...
