I see numerous entriesdescribing my problem--but no solutions. where are the solutions to these password problems? After using thunderbird email for several years with almost no issues--and no passwords required--I get a pop up asking for a password I do not have. I tried my mozilla pw, my google pw, my yahoo pw, my thunderbird pw,--and now I am stuck. How can I get access to my emails? By the way, I do contribute a small fee for thunderbird mail which I not required to do. HELP! Since I cannot access my emails, I cannot retrieve various verification codes.

At what stage are you getting the pop up? What process are you asking TB to perform? Please provide a screenshot of the error message.
Ruth, this is your FIFTH post on this. PLEASE keep within one thread so people can assist you. You receive responses, and then you start a new thread. You have NEVER told us for which account you are being prompted, not do you share any specific error messages, nor do you share any account information. You complain of having no password, but we have no information other than a general comment. If you want help, please provide information and specifics.
