Can't bring up firefox

more options

This morning when I exited firefox and then tried to bring it up again (windows10) I got an error message

Error Platform version 118.0.1 is not compatible with

       MinVersion >= 118.0
       MaxVersion >= 118.0

I have a lot of of Important Book Marks and don't have the bookmarks backed up any where.

I don't remember updating Firefox this morning but could have.

How do I fix and at the same time retain my bookmarks an other information from 118.0 I have a different version an older version Firefox installed on my computer (115.0.2) which I only use for google voice - I am using this installation to ask this question.

Thanks,

Sorry, the last update didn't completely replace all the program files and now you have a mixed-up installation (some are one release older). You can download the full installer for the latest release and run that to refresh the program files. The installer should detect your setup and preserve your data.

This article has a link to the page where you can download the full installer: Custom installation of Firefox on Windows
