Original Flash would only enable after I specifically allowed it for each app. Last update changed to enable entire site only. Need fixed back

I originally set my Adobe Flash to only enable if I specifically allowed it for an individual application. This was good in case I visited a website where I wanted one Flash session on a page to work but not others on the same page. However on the latest update, Adobe Flash only allows it be enabled for the entire site, not each individual application like I had it. I really need this set back the way it was. If it's a configuration change that I can make, please let me know how.
