recipient can't see the email thread
My recipients are complaining that they can't see the thread of an email conversation. Can someone make a suggestion?

Do you 'automatically quote the original message when replying' as set in Composition & Addressing, under Tools/Account Settings? Does the entire thread appear in the sent messages? If it does, it's possible the recipients have their email program set to collapse or omit quoted text.
