Hi there,

As of today (17/12/21), we haven't been able to send emails but we can receive them. When we try to send an email we get the error message:

"Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) mail.picknowl.com.au failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again."

We have tried changing the STMP port, turning our PC on and off but to no avail. Any help is muchly appreciated. Thank you
