Hi kbrooksCASC, the word "reimaged" suggests that all data on the computer was deleted. Did anyone restore your user data after that process? Even if you have it in a folder where Firefox wouldn't normally look for it, it may be possible to restore it or move it to a more useful location. If you don't have your old Firefox data, did you ever set up the Sync feature? While Sync is not a backup service, it sometimes can be useful for recovering data into a new Firefox profile even when the original profile is no longer connected.
