Addon to add scroll to top button like ebay has but for all sites please
How can I add a scroll to top button that pops up on the right side of a webpage just to the left 2/3rds of the way down the displayed area of the scrollbar when looking at long webpages (ebay has this and it so useful I keep looking for the button on other sites).
