I am a web developer cum web designer, I very optimize that when internet connection goes slow that time firefox can not render css fast [means if i am press F12 and inspect element that time css not showing HTML element is rendering ], Here Chrome is render css very fast in this case.
I love firefox and i want please you guys improve this scenario, If you want any kind of screenshot or detail description for this just email me.

Please provide this information so the web compatibility team can look into this. At http://dev.webcompat.com please file a bug with the url, a screenshot of the time in Web Console and the platform you are loading the web page in.
