When I'm using the programs listed above and firefox is loaded, scrolling in these programs takes me to the edge of the window. I cannot scroll 3 lines as I can when FF is not loaded. I hate to say it, but FF is definitely the culprit.

Ok, if I may ask, did this also happen when Firefox is in Safe Mode? What this troubleshooting step will do is find out if this is caused by an add on that you have in your profile. Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode

Also, does this happen on the track pad as well as with an external mouse (if this is a laptop, if not, please ignore)Reset Firefox preferences to troubleshoot and fix problems

Does this happen with accelerated scrolling on? This setting is in Preferences/Options > Advanced > General

Please post back with your results, thank you!

Logitech set point 6.5. Disabled and no more problem. Thanks for the process to identify if it was FF or an Add-On. I have two rigs that are nearly identical. The other rig hasn't had this problem, so when i compared Add-Ons, Set Point was the difference. The big help was running this rig in safe mode, where it ran without problems.

Thank You, Very Much
