I don't know what the cause of the issue is or when exactly this started (fairly recent I believe) but whenever I go to watch a HD video on Youtube, it is not giving me all the resolution options, only 360p or 720p, even though the video can go up to 1080p or 4k. When I open the same video in IE or Chrome, the video will show the entire range of options and is able to go full HD. If someone can help me figure out why this is, that would be most helpful. Thanks!
