Can you set the computers password?

The only lock on Firefox is the password manager. That only locks up the passwords.

yes I was able to save the password and is available in the password manager, the "error" message that i receibe when try to conect is:

your credentials could not be authenticated. "Credential are missing". you will not be permited access untils credential can be verified.

I tried change the conexion setting to not proxy, auto detect proxy and use the proxy for the cofiguration of this system; I also tried with url for the automatic configuration of proxy and enter the url of the proxy.
