Apparently the UPS label to be printed is a popup. The printer selection screen does not show. Disabling popups or inputting a selection to allow for the site does not fix the problem. UPS tech support asked me to update Java, but the download selection at java.com did not download anything. Using IE allowed me to update Java and print my label.

The UPS tech support guy had me update Java. There is the other problem. I clicked on update and no file was downloaded. Had to do it from IE.
