How to set default spellchecker to English?

more options

Every time I open a new browser, spell check automatically set up to spanish. So, when I type in a text box, red squiggly lines appear under all my words and I have to manually change spell check to english every single time. Is there a way I can make English my default Spell checker for when I open a new browser?
