Immediately after upgrading to Firefox 33.0, I immediately began having these issues:

After navigating to a webpage (not all pages, but seemingly random pages, about 35-40 percent of the time:

Popup Box titled: (javaScript application)

evalInSandbox:TypeError: 'alert' called on an object that does not implement interface Window.

After hitting “OK, the following box comes up: (Also titled JavaScrpit Application)

Error: 'alert' called on an object that does not implement interface Window.

I am running a Windows 7, 64 bit, and have attempted to update java, and also have deleted several old updates, and still get the same pop-ups. I can find no help on the Google machine. PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks in advance.

hello, can you try to replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once? if not, maybe an addon is interfering here...

Launching Firefox in Safe mode fixes the issue....so I am assuming I have to re-enable each add-on individually to find out which one is causing the problem??
