When I press the home key, it takes me to the home page but also creates a bunch of tabs: 2 New Tabs, 1 Add-Ons Manager, and 1 Customize Firefox. How do I fix the Home Key. I want my old Firefox back when I could choose to open a new tab or window.

Chosen solution

See this - How to set the home page

Then scroll down to Restore the default home page and verify that Home Pages: little window doesn't show the URL's for those 5 "pages".

Of course, it might be easier to just use the Restore to Default button to get back to the default home page, only.

The restore defaults function worked. Then I realized that if I want Yahoo.com to be my home page to type it in the box rather than the "use current page". Seems to now be working well. Thank you.
