Chosen solution

You should probably check with your email provider for this one. Their server is responding with an error and Thunderbird is just relaying that message (incorrect username or password).

This could be caused by an actual incorrect username/password (sometimes a username is a full email address, sometimes not), incorrect encryption settings, incorrect port settings, a disabled account, or any number of issues that can only be resolved by speaking to your tech support for Frontier (I assume that's your provider). Only they would know the correct configuration and should be able to help you reconfigure Thunderbird to communicate with their servers effectively.
