AFTER ALL THE ACTIVITIES I HAVE UNDERTAKEN IN MOZILLA FIREFOX I FIND IT HARD TO DELETE PERMANENTLY ALL THE HISTORY OF ALL THE ACTIVITIES I HAVE UNDERTAKEN SO AS TO PREVENT SOMEONE FROM RETRACING ALL MY ACTIVITIES.

You can clear the history stored in Firefox using the steps in this support article: Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox.

Also, for future reference, writing in ALL CAPS on forums is considered shouting. Please don't shout at the volunteers.
