Unity player won't use discrete graphics--plugin-container?

I'm trying to play a Unity game in Firefox--honestly because Chrome doesn't support them anymore. My computer is a Lenovo Y50 with an 860M graphics card running Optimus. I've set Firefox to use the discrete graphics card, but Unity games refuse to utilize it--if they are, it's extremely slow. I tried making the plugin container use the discrete graphics automatically but the option is greyed-out for some reason. Any ideas?

Yes there are some ideas; It looks like they did investigate this a while ago https://forums.geforce.com/default/to.../?offset=7

However if its greyed out, it might be a blocked driver. Are your drivers up to date in Firefox? Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
