When I click on a video imbedded in an email, it will go to the site and a black video screen appears, but it never plays, nor does a "play arrow" show itself. I'm using Outlook and Windows 7.

If the video is truly embedded in the email you shouldn't be taken to a website. That sounds like an exploit waiting to infect your PC.

Clicking on the "click here" goes to a website and the screen on which to watch the video is shown. However, there is no "play arrow" to click on...just a black screen.
