Firefox works really slow on my laptop. Silverlight always crashes after I watch a movie on netflex. Thinking of going back o IE if this problem can't be fixed.

I understand that your plugin crashes after watching a movie. Netflix recommends using the IE Tab add on. However if this does not help it is possible to reload the page after it crashes.

Although this is not ideal I can recommend work arounds: Please update your plugins to the latest version. Check to make sure you are up to date:

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
