Can't access my Thunderbird because of Master Password

So I set a Master Password on my account and then now I can't login to it because I forgot it. I don't want to have to go back to Outlook and really want to continue to use Thunderbird. I tried the various solutions found on the support forums, such as passing the expression in Tools, hitting cancel a couple of times but nothing. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird, deleted the AppData folder and reinstalled and yet it still prompts me to enter the master password. Thunderbird doesn't even come up in the background, just the prompt to enter the Master Password.

Can someone please tell me what I can do to fix this?

I've tried that, but there is no way I can get to 'Tools' to start that process.
