My web store is set for 8 hrs of work, but FF logs me out ever time I change the page.

I am trying to build a new site from a template. My new site host has a vast array of options, however, when I use FF and FireBug, then go into the css or any other page, it logs me out. My new store site is set for an 8 hour working/stay logged in thing.

Why am I being logged out when I change to a different page, how do I make it stop? Safari does NOT log me out when I change a page.

One other problem... When I view my page on Safari I see the changes, but not on FF no matter how many times I refresh.

Why? And how do I make it work?

And... how the heck can I find auto fill and how do I make it work? I prefer Safari on all levels, but FF has Firebug and I need it for building my site. FF also shows me pages I didn't even know were there when I click on view store...

About your second problem (no change when you refresh), it is certainly linked to the cache. To solve it, two ways:

  • Open your page in a Private Browsing window
  • Click on the menu button at the top right, select History then Clear Recent History. Choose a Time range to clear and check at least Cache

For other problems, I let contributors with stronger knowledge to answer you.
