When using Firefox in Windows 10, touch screen keyboard doesn't appear when clicking in the field, i.e., search fields, web address, etc. Microsoft Edge, of course, works fine, when I click in any field the keyboard appears.

Correction! There is a bug that a contributor pointed out to me, he is awesome. This will be fixed pretty soon. However I do not have an exact estimated time of arrival. The bug number can be referenced from the tag on this thread.
