I started out by running Smart defrag. A new version came out to update Smart defrag,so,I got the update started when Windows stepped in with reimage repair program. So it down loaded,I saved it then it had to scan my system,Iguess, before it would install. BUT ! That was over 2.5 hours ago and still no results !! Can you find out just what the H,,, is going on ? Or a scam !

I'm sorry if you may have been ofended !!! I wasn't refering to a problem with the Fox ! I was simply useing the Fox and tried to update a smartdefrg program, when windows popped in and tried to get me to install reimage, and it mentioned Fox, so I just thought maybe you knew about this crap ! Sorry , again !!!!

Hi

ReImage is a separate piece of software and is not produced by Mozilla. It is not required to fix any issues you are having with Firefox, and chances are, many of the issues with your computer.

The software will run an initial scan, detect a "problem" and then ask you for a sizeable sum of money to purchase the full package to "fix" the problem. Whilst it is not "malware" it is a potentially unwanted piece of software that you may want to consider carefully if you needed it before paying for the full installation..

This forum is for problems or issues with Firefox and we would be happy to help with any issues you might be having and will try our best to help fix them. If you are having a problem with ReImage, I recommend you contact their support team.
