A client IT person states my server is blocking email messge because settings are tagging their marketing signature as "untrusted" , how do I fix?
Client cannot send me emails they are being bounced back stating undeliverabe

If the error comes from the sender's provider server, the sender needs to contact the provider (or IT folks). If the error comes from your server, then you need to check your server set up.
In any case, this has got nothing to do with Thunderbird. The message is coming from a server in between, not Thunderbird.
