I have a Coolpad Rogue device running Android Lollipop. Firefox's app menu button does not show up. The device does not have a designated menu or hardware button as Firefox suggests using. Also, I have tried pression, and press-and-hold on every button with no access to the menu. I cannot save bookmarks, make any customizations, nor get to the settings. How do I get to the menu button or am I going to have to switch browser?

Is there a three dot button in the top right of the browser window? That will open up the menu.
