Have recently installed Firefox from IE9. Could you explain how I minimise a screen and return to it please .(without deleting all screens), I have clicked the customise button and see how to seek and drop but don,t see anything relating to minimising etc.

I am the original computer dummy so please allow for this!

Ok all there now, I,m certain the tools on the top left hand side( file, edit aso) were not there earlier so maybe fiddling with the customize has fixed my problem.

Hi, its the same way you do for IE, the top right hand corner of the screen. There is the dash, for minimizing, two boxes for resizing and the x to close. What are you seeing when you open Firefox?

Up the top are 7 symbols beginning with a star, no dashes. I gather some toolbars are missing .

If you do not see the window control buttons then you can try to open the system menu via Alt+Space.

Do you see them if you make the window title bar visible?

You can toggle the title bar on/off via the "Title Bar" button at the bottom left in the Customize palette window.

You can try a different Windows theme and Windows background image (wallpaper) to see if that makes the buttons visible if they currently aren't visible.

Oh oh, yes, I was looking in the wrong spot. But when i do that all the screens close.
