The instructions in the template assignment window indicate that the code, < div id="quoteDIV"> </div > should be included to allow the inclusion of text from a message when using the Reply and forward option.

However, for new and reply-to messages, this code appears as the first line of new text in the message body section when the compose window opens. Why is this happening?

Upon seeing the original question I posted, the 'Code' I was referencing did not display.
