hi, when you are talking about added the last patch this makes alarm bells go off for me, as fake updated notices seem to be widespread during the last weeks - those are commonly triggered by fraudulent ads and will redirect you to a page with orange background and a prominent firefox logo claiming to cater an "urgent update" and trying to get you to execute a file called firefox-patch.exe or firefox-patch.js. in case you have come across something like that, this was no genuine update but a scam to get you to install malware unfortunately (updates are handled automatically by firefox & you can always initiate a check for updates within the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > about firefox).

in case you have come across and executed such a fake patch, you should run a scan with VARIOUS security tools as quickly as possible, like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.

I ran malware bytes and it detected 93 threats. I read that sometimes it will show false positive threats. It is suggested that they be quarantined but that is not an option. How do I know which ones to delete?

please clean-up all detections as suggested by the malwarebytes scan results (it's rather unlikely that they are false-positives) and continue scanning with the other two mentioned tools...
