after attempting to give firefox a "tune-up", i had to force quit the application b/c it was still trying after 15 mins. i restarted my macbook pro but found my profile had been lost in the scuffle. using "tune-up" again, i was able to launch firefox again, but now all of my saved personal info is missing. how do i restore the usernames and passwords I had saved to autofill? thanks, gillian

What do you mean by this?

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

What application are you talking about here   ?
And by   'tune-up':   do you mean   'update'  by any chance   ?
