I have downloaded the browser but there is NO install box to install it???

more options

I clicked on the Download Browser and then clicked on Run, It downloaded and then it extracted the Zip and then it had a box that said "Operation Complete" . No install box came up for me to click Install on, so it isn't installed on my computer. Can you please help me so that I can install it and start using FireFox on my computer??

For Windows, usually you would download an integrated installer that extracts its own files and then installs them. Could you try the installer on this page (scroll down to your preferred language):

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

The standard "Windows" version is 32-bit and works on all systems. The "Windows 64-bit" version runs only on 64-bit Windows and can't run most plugin, just Flash and Silverlight.

Does that full installer work any better?
