I suddenly cannot play videos on Facebook. The video still image is blurry and the video never plays. I have blue spinning circles in the center of the video image. If I try to play two or more videos, Facebook crashes.

I can play YouTube videos. I cannot play Rotten Tomatoes videos.

Also, all the links visible on my Facebook page have blue spinning circles.

I installed Bitdefender the day before this started. Not sure if it is related. I wrote to Bitdefender but have not heard back.

Also, right click on the task bar Firefox icon stopped working.

While I'm at it, left click on the task bar Windows icon works only half the time.

Thank you!

Please Update tour Video Card Drivers, yes there is a reason so please try to find new drivers.

Please : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles then https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
