No they are stored locally on your computer. If you lost them there isn't much that can be done unless you backed the bookmarks.

Your Mozilla Firefox or Firefox for short settings like Bookmarks, Passwords, Extensions and such are stored in a Profile separate from your Firefox program folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data
