Windows key +R Type %appdata%\Thunderbird Press enter

That is where the profile will be located after install and first run of Thunderbird. It will never be in program files or program files (X86) as many user account type on windows do not have write access to those folders.

However given that the calendar data is stored in a database, I suggest you actually move the entire profile folder. No just try and get parts of it to work independently See http://thunderbirdtweaks.blogspot.com/2018/02/copy-thunderbirds-profile-to-new.html.
