My Fosfire account did not sync correctly, what do I do?
I attempted to sync my Foxfire to my mobile phone as directed by program. I received an email "New sign-in to Firefox. Firefox Mobile on Android 7, Etowah, NC, United States (estimated), 1:54:54 PM (EDT) Monday, Mar 19, 2018, This is an automated email, If you did not authorize this action then please chang your password. For more information plese visit Mozilla Support."
two items: First I am near Etowah, TN not Etowah, NC. Second: when I tried to log in, my user name (email address) and pass word did not work. And when I indicated I did not have password and asked for confirming email, I did not receave one.
This has been frustrating. Have I been hacked, and what do I need to do?

Were you connecting on the mobile network or on your home network? You definitely could get different results because that location was guessed based on information provided by that particular service provider.

Is your Windows 10 Firefox already set up with your Firefox Account and Sync connected? If not, before connecting your mobile, start with your Windows Firefox. See: How do I set up Sync on my computer?
