So sync is a scam to get my phone number because it wont sync a tablet and a computer so why use it ?

No matter how many times I re-login with tablet and computer there is no sync and it keeps demanding my phone number,,,, why does it need my phone number for an internet service ???? and why wont it simply sync the tablet and computer ???? A simple sync button would be so much better. Silly thing is it recognizes that the tab is logging in because I get emails saying another device has logged in so I had better change my password ??? And please give us your phone number !!!!!! As you can probably guess I am very disappointed in firefox lately, but one step at a time I suppose :-)

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if there are recent error logs available. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply. https://pastebin.mozilla.org/

Which will be days away from resolving as it needs to be forwarded to @bugzilla through a supervisor which I will alert to now.

PK Shadow, I don't understand why you have answered my question ??? Don't you think I have gone through the help pages and trouble shooting tips ??? Mate if you have never used sync please try it and see if you can get a tablet and a desktop to sync. Hopefully it will work for you and then I would be most appreciative if you could give me a walk through.
