Hello,

I have recently updated Firefox on my Linux system and now the latest version is Mozilla Firefox 60.1.0. I'm running centos 6.10 on my machine and we are running hosting business. So attaching the files and screenshots are most important for us. After updated the firefox I can't upload any format of files/images. While I'm clicking to add field through my ticketing system It's get struck and closing automatically. I have tried to reset the firefox and rebooted machine twice but no luck.

I have tried with another machine with old version of firefox and it's working fine. So I suspect the issue seems to be with new version of Firefox. Please have a look and resolve asap.

Awaiting for your response!

This might be the same thing I was experiencing on CentOS 6, and that was very kindly solved by a moderator on the CentOS forums with the following information:

https://access.redhat.com/solutions/3516111 documents this. It links in turn to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1596852 and also says

Modify the /usr/bin/firefox startup script per

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=1455568

See the following thread for full details https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1225672

Hope this helps.
