When I try to log in to my credit card or Lifelock with latest version of FireFox I can't get in. I get error messages. I have no problem logging in using Microsoft Edge. This is a recent problem with latest FireFox update.

Hi, What are the Error Messages please ?

If running any of these : Avast/AVG, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET & sometimes McAfee there can be issues of blocking.

If the above has nothing to do with you please try : SAFE MODE

In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:

  • all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
  • default theme is used (no persona)
  • userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
  • default toolbar layout is used (file: localstore-safe.rdf)
  • Javascript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
  • hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
  • plugins are not affected
  • preferences are not affected
