My company's site that is used as a CMS for our web databases is hanging repeatedly--it's useless and I can't get anything done! Ideas on how to fix?

Trying to load any webpage that controls our website's database will start hanging after about 2 mins logged into the site. It was working fine until last week; now it's impossible to use because it's not responding over and over again. I have started in Safe Mode, cleared my cache, use no plugins...and still nothing is working right. Please help!

Have you tried other Browser to see if the problems happens on those as well to compare?

Yes - works OK in Chrome, but for some reason Chrome doesn't present the database form fields the same way - drop downs missing, html editors not there, etc. - so it's not usable. That has always been that way, though - hence why we have used Firefox...up until now.

Hi kimberly.brown, I'm not sure we have enough information to know what is going wrong with the site. Have you reported this to the vendor to see whether it is a known issue in Firefox 68 that is on their radar to get fixed? (Or perhaps it's an older version that is no longer supported and needs to be updated, which I understand is a challenge.)
