According to this question: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/996813, this is an Intel-based tablet, so Flash is not supported on the hardware itself.

Hi

Across many platforms, Flash is no longer support (or will not be for much longer).

Many websites and games have move to a varient that doe snot require Flash, I recomend that you contact the games support team for more guidance.

You may wish to install the dedicated Rail Nation app from the Google Play Store.
