How do i remove all passwords on firefox lockwise all at once
I want to remove ALL the passwords in firefox lockwise. No answers here. This is the worse software design I have ever seen from firefox. The old versions allowed you to delete ALL passwords with one simple click, it looks like the only way I can get passwords removed in firefox lockwise is do so individually. Who was the mental defect that designed firefox lockwise without providing a ONE CLICK way to remove all passwords?

It's ashamed you have to use a third party link to resolve a problem created by FoxFire. Someone is asleep at FireFox to create an app that does not allow removing all captured passwords by the firefox lockwise app with one click.
Thank you for the link.
Modified
If you don't want to use a third-party tool, you can delete them quickly from inside Lockwise. This isn't an elegant solution at all, but it works and it is fast. To do this:
- Go to 'about:logins' on Firefox
- Select the first login (the one at the very top)
- Place your cursor over the "Remove" button
- With one hand on your mouse and the other on the enter key, rapidly alternate clicking and pressing the enter key
Because the remove item stays in the same spot for every login, you can delete about 100 passwords/minute like this. Again, not elegant in the least, but effective.
Modified
To remove multiple logins or all logins you can alternatively edit or rename/remove logins.json in the profile folder. The logins.json is in JSON format, so you need to be familiar with data stored as "{key:value}" pairs to ensure you do not break the file. You can open logins.json in a Firefox tab to inspect the file content using the builtin JSON viewer.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
- Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Directory/Folder:
Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Profiles
Thanks to all. I finally was able to resolve the problem with all your help. Thank you, Stan
Still silly, I have more than 800 passwords, above method will still let me type for 10 minutes. Further, it would be nice to sort the passwords e.g. according to emailadresses etc and not only remove them 1x1 or ALL, but to mark and delete them
Hi, the 3rd party article has a link within it that you are supposed to use in firefox to facilitate getting rid of the passwords. It no longer seems to work :(. I am very angry. This is absolutely amateur stuff, imo. Why are they trying to break the software by taking away what I would consider basic abilities? If anyone has a solution other than editing code, I would be grateful. Thanks, Yasmine
To anybody who might be interested :
You can have Lockwise and still be able to view/change/delete/ entries like you used to with the old password manager (and more) :
Type in the address bar :
chrome://passwordmgr/content/passwordManager.xhtml
Press Enter and maximize the window.
When you highlight an entry you will see a "Show Password" button at the bottom. (until you highlight an entry that button will be greyed out)
You can highlight all entries; press Ctrl + C to copy the whole page, and then paste it (Ctrl + V).
Depending on how many entries you have, you'll need to scroll down and repeat this and have multiple copies to e.g. print, save etc.
(you could bookmark this page)
Hi, okay, the link has been changed to chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xhtml. Now it works again, roll eyes. Still amateur, imo. Yasmine
