Hello,

I am using Firefox Developer Edition and I recently saw in the "update info" setting that my browser is installing beta updates. I never wanted to enroll in beta program. Is Firefox Dev Edition by default enrolled in beta ? How can I unroll from it ?

(sorry for my English) Thanks,

Hi Clement, the Developer Edition is largely the same as the Beta version, but has a different theme and possibly some more tools. They are both on version 74.0b3.

Do you also have the stable release version installed, or only Developer?

Firefox Developer is for developers and auto enrolled in beta updates (as Dev/Beta are one version higher than FF default)

If you want to not be enrolled in beta updates, download the normal version of firefox from here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Yes I do have the stable release. Then I ask you how can I sumbit feedback for this Dev Edition of Firefox (actually I do not want to report an issue, just a feedback about a new feature). Because everything I found was for Firefox stable release and since it does not have this beta feature, my feedback would be useless...

Thank you

Hi Clement, what is the issue? We might have heard of it already.

If it is specific to the developer tools, I would suggest the DevTools forum:

Like I said, I do not want to report an issue. I just want to provide a feedback about a new feature (like how can it be improved...)

Sorry I think I am not explaining very well. I want to share a comment to you but it is just a comment, not issue but still a comment...

Hi Clement

No problem at all. If you wish to add your comment here, I can see it gets to the right place.
