Saved logins and passwords dissappeared!

I am furious - I have all my saved logins and passwords stored and been using safely on Firefox. This morning it is just gone. What the hell? And I looked on the forums - I don't speak IT, or software or coding and I don't know if I have extensions or a version or installer. I just need my stuff to work like it did before. Why oh why do IT/support/software/developers complicate the world? LEAVE stuff be when they work. Seriously. Can someone help to restore without me having to get a degree in IT from an Ivy league higher education institution?

What about the rest of your profile? Settings, bookmarks, history, passwords . . . .

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.
